A 16-channel NVR supports up to 16 cameras, giving you headroom to add 4–7 more cameras later without replacing the recorder. For commercial premises that may expand coverage, this future-proofing saves money. The 16-channel H.265 NVR we supply also supports higher resolution (up to 4K) and AI detection features not available on 8-channel units.
Yes — for 9+ camera systems we always recommend a free site survey first. Our technician visits your property, assesses blind spots, recommends optimal camera positions and plans the cable route. This ensures the final installation gives you maximum coverage with no wasted cameras.
PoE (Power over Ethernet) IP cameras receive both power and data through a single CAT6 cable from a PoE switch or NVR — this means you only need to route one cable per camera, making installation neater and faster. Standard IP cameras need a separate power cable. For commercial installations we usually recommend PoE for the cleaner result.
Yes. We can supply Hikvision 4K (8MP) or CP Plus 4K IP cameras on any 9–12 camera system. The 16-channel NVR we provide supports 4K cameras. The price difference is approximately ₹800–1,500 per camera for the 4K upgrade — call us for an exact quote based on your layout.
AMC is 10% of package price/year. 9-camera package (₹27,999) → ₹2,800/yr. 12-camera package (₹35,999) → ₹3,600/yr. Includes annual site visit, camera lens cleaning, NVR audit, cable check, night vision calibration, app review and priority engineer dispatch within 24 hours.
